Spread over 15,000 sq ft, this facility has been set up with an aim to provide a unique experience to JCB customers for all their equipment requirements related to sales, service and JCB genuine parts. “Kerala is an important market for JCB and we are fully aligned with the opportunities it presents. JCB offers a world class range of products in India, especially in the excavator segment, where the range starts from 3T mini excavators and goes upto 37T tracked excavators. The infrastructure of the dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes. The state-of-the-art workshop will provide services for the entire range of JCB machines which includes the backhoe loaders, the mini excavators, the Premier Line range (Tracked excavators, wheeled loaders and compactors), the material handling range (Telehandlers, skid steer loaders and super loaders) and JCB diesel gensets.
This new dealership also has a state-of-the-art command centre for ‘JCB Livelink’ which is an advanced telematics technology enabling customers in efficient fleet management. JCB Livelink provides real time updates to customers regarding service, fuel alerts, operations and security of their Livelink enabled machines by using the geo fencing and time fencing features. These updates are shared through SMS alerts on their mobile phones or smart devices in real time.
