What is your range of electric construction equipment produced?
We produce a diverse range of Electric Construction Equipment, with approximately 70% of our production being electric machines. Our MPS and TWS brands boast machines that are 100% electric, while Finlay and Powerscreen are steadily moving towards achieving the same level of electrification.
What distinguishes your electric equipment from traditional, non-electric models?
Unlike traditional diesel-powered machines, our Hybrid and Dual Power machines can operate on electricity, on-board engines, or external DG sets. This flexibility provides customers with modern and efficient solutions for their construction needs.
What battery technology is utilized in your electric construction equipment?
We don’t use batteries in our machines, as they machines remain stationary during operation. Users only need to plug in the machine to an external power source, eliminating the need for on-board batteries.
How does the performance of your electric equipment compare to traditional diesel-powered machinery in terms of power, efficiency, and durability?
Our Electric Machines offer significant cost savings for customers. Compared to diesel-powered counterparts, our electric machines reduce running costs by 40% due to efficient electric drives. The absence of regular engine maintenance further enhances the cost-effectiveness and durability of our electric construction equipment.
How do you look at the reduced emissions and environmental impact through your electric machines?
Our Electric Machines contribute to environmental sustainability by eliminating diesel consumption and emissions, which aligns with green initiatives, offering a cleaner and more eco-friendly solution for construction & recycling sectors.
How are you managing the availability of technical support and maintenance services for your electric offerings?
We ensure reliable technical support and maintenance services through a highly qualified service team. Continuous training programs keep our service team updated on the latest developments and improvements in our offerings, ensuring efficient support for our customers.
Give us your initiatives on training provided for operators and maintenance personnel.
We conduct both on-site and classroom training for operators and maintenance personnel. This ensures that operators handling our equipment are well-versed in its operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Forecasts for future developments or trends in the electric construction equipment sector. How do you ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations?
The Crushing & Screening market is gradually shifting towards Hybrid and Electric machines, driven by substantial cost savings. Our Electric Machines operate on a 415V connection, emphasizing the importance of safety systems. We go beyond standard safety measures, providing additional features to ensure the safety of both the machine and the personnel operating it.
What is your vision for the industry’s future of electric construction equipment?
We envision the construction industry rapidly adopting electric machines. As the infrastructure for electric vehicles grows and consumers become more accustomed to electric technology, the demand for electric machines will witness exponential growth over the next 4-5 years. The industry is poised for a transformative shift towards sustainability and efficiency.
