With regards to our approach in customer satisfaction, we have recently introduced FLEETPRO, a brand specifically tailored for existing CASE customers for Parts and Service demands. The 770 NXe Loader Backhoe stands out as a versatile powerhouse, perfectly balancing power and efficiency. Armed with a cutting-edge Electro-Hydraulics variable displacement pump and the reliable FPT S8000 engine, this machine thrives in demanding loader applications. Its rapid response times and impressive fuel efficiency lead to remarkable savings of up to 24% on fuel costs. Operating in three modes - ECO, STANDARD, and POWER - the 770 NXe caters to various needs, offering fuel economy, productivity, and boosted efficiency, respectively. The spacious cabin features ergonomic controls, ensuring operator comfort and safety, while user-friendly features and excellent visibility create an optimal operating environment.

The CASE EX Series Loader Backhoe (770EX and 770EX Plus), powered by the H4C4 electronic Engine, this series promises potent performance and swift response times. Notable for its fuel savings of up to 13% and a productivity increase of 5%, these backhoes are meticulously re-engineered to deliver unmatched breakout force, amplified loader lift capacity and reach, and roomy cabs. The structural frame design, crafted through robotic welding, guarantees strength, stability, and easy maintenance. The incorporation of a heavy-duty front axle and front counterweight ensures stability, even in challenging terrains.

How does your company incorporate the latest technologies in your backhoe loaders in terms of integrating automation or artificial intelligence etc.?

To enhance the overall operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience of our backhoe loaders, we have incorporated telematics and remote technologies. These advanced systems provide operators and fleet owners with real-time data, enabling them to assess equipment utilization, monitor performance, and ensure security.

We have recently upgraded our Loader Backhoes and Compactors, that now feature advanced telematics – Sitewatch and improved cabins along with multiple other functional upgrades.

What are the training and skilling programs initiated for operators and maintenance staff of your machines?

CASE Construction Equipment is dedicated to providing comprehensive training and skilling programs for construction equipment operators, focusing on enhancing their capabilities and promoting efficient machine operation. Our Skill Development Centre, “Hunar,” located in Sonvai near Pithampur, contributes significantly to the Central Government’s Skill India Mission.

The training program at Hunar is tailored for Loader Backhoe operation and encompasses in-depth theoretical classes and practical training. It covers technical skills, product and process knowledge, health and safety, as well as soft skills such as interpersonal skills, personal management, work-life sensitivity, and life skills. Basic computer knowledge assessment and certification are also provided to keep trainees updated on emerging technologies in the segment.

The practical training component includes hands-on experience with Loader Backhoes, incorporating the latest technologies, for a total of 110 hours. Trainees also receive 40 hours of product-specific training to deepen their understanding of the latest technologies in the field. Additionally, our state-of-the-art Pithampur plant houses a training center that not only offers regular operator training but also aims to establish partnerships with renowned training organizations. These collaborations are designed to educate operators and foster new entrepreneurs within the construction equipment industry.

What steps has your company taken to reduce the environmental impact of your machineries?

CASE India is actively leading the way in environmentally responsible road expansion by prioritizing and surpassing emission standards. Presently, all our CASE equipment complies with BS CEV/TREM IV standards, underscoring our commitment to eco-conscious construction practices.

In anticipation of future environmental challenges, we are proactively prepared for the upcoming BS CEV/TREM V emission norms with our range of equipment. This forward-looking approach illustrates our commitment to staying ahead of regulatory requirements and further reducing emissions in our equipment.
