Established in 2007 by Anil Chaudhary and Som Dutt Sharma, the company began with two cranes and has now grown exponentially to boast a fleet exceeding 350 equipment units, valued at nearly $100 Million. Today, Premier Heavy Lift stands at the forefront of the equipment rental sector, with a resolute vision to become the largest in India within the next five years.

This formidable machine played a crucial role in the successful installation of a 93 MT nacelle at a height of 110 meters, showcasing its versatility and efficiency.

CASE 2: PREMIER HEAVY LIFT’S EQUIPMENT PROWESS

Our Cranes enable Urea reactor erection for DCM Shriram’s Urea plant in Kota, Rajasthan in north-west India DCM Shriram is one of the largest chemical and fertilizer manufacturers of India, with facilities spread across the country. DCM Shriram’s Urea plant in Kota, Rajasthan in India has a production capacity of 379,000 TPA. For their annual maintenance shutdown, they trusted our team to carry out heavyweight jobs of de-erection and then erection of their 150 MT Urea reactor, and placement of their 150 MT condenser. Premier Heavy Lift is known for its fleet of cranes ranging from 50 MT to 800 MT. Over the years, the business vertical has specialised in providing factory-to-foundation services to a marquee client base. The entire scope of work at the DCM Shriram facility consisted of deploying the cranes for de-erection of the reactor (150 MT), erection of the new reactor (130 MT) as well as for fabrication, piping, torqueing, levelling/alignment and internal transportation of the Urea reactor on multi-axle trailers. Basically a whole suite of services. The shutdown lasted for 25 days and our team was on its toes to ensure effective execution.

500 MT Demag CC 2600 and Fuwa QUY 250 cranes were deployed for the reactor and condenser placements. Reactors were carried on the 12 line multi-axle trailer within the facility to the erection site. 22 people were involved in the entire job which was completed in 15 days.
