BEML BL30-1 Wheel Loader

BL30-1 wheel loader is a great fit for heavy duty applications such as material handling, land clearing and general earthmoving.

The BEML BL30-1 wheel loader is powered by Ashok Leyland low emission, BS-III compliant H series, CRDI engine which delivers maximum power with optimum combustion of fuel and has fast throttle response to match the performance of  other powerline and hydraulic aggregates. The equipment delivers peak power of 225 hp at 2300 rpm, with a maximum breakout force of 198 kN. and  maximum static tipping load of 119 kN at full turn.

The equipment has a robust, Z-bar linkage  design  which results in greater stability, performance and servicability. The machine is designed with heavy duty structures to operate in versatile and rugged operating conditions. The wheelbase design lends better stability in harsh terrains, such as quarries. Equipment is engineered with heavy duty planetary axles with hig tractive effort and gradeability.

The standard equipment is rated for payload of 5T with a 3.1 cu.m  bucket capacity. Higher capacity buckets are available as options while handling low density material for increased productivity. The ZF make automatic powershift transmission with single electronic shift control, provides 4 forward and 3 reverse speeds, optimally matched with engine power.The electro hydraulically controlled direction and range selector allows the operator to change direction and travel speed with ease, resulting in smooth and accurate operation. The equipment has load sensing hydraulic system which is highly efficient, energy saving and with quick response and operations are controlled through itegrated pilot control joystick for ease of operation.

The aesthetic hexagonal, FOPS cabin with FRP interiors provides safety and excellent visibility. The operator cabin is fitted with 2 doors and 2 windows and is mounted on rubber cushions which reduces cabin vibration and cabin noise levels. The machine layout has been designed to ensure all daily service points and easily accessible at ground level, for quick and efficeient servicing.

The interiors of cabin is designed spaciuosly with comfortable operator seat and good ergonomics to offer better comfort. The equipment is equipped with 7” electronic display system connected through CAN Bus system to both engine and transmission control units for enhancing the performance and efficiency of the machine.
