We use various metrics and indicators to monitor and evaluate these aspects, such as fuel efficiency ratio, work output per hour, maintenance costs, downtime frequency, emissions level, and noise level.

SCHWING – XCMG motor graders are equipped with top technology, whether in terms of CRDi electronic Engine with the most reliable ZF transmission with Auto/manual gear shifting and variable piston to reduce the operating and owning costs of our customers.  These features provide our customers with confidence that XCMG machines are equipped with latest technology that facilitates low owning and Operating cost. We are also going to introduce the High torque low RPM Variable horsepower Wechai 178Hp Engine with great torque Synchronisation of automatic ZF electrical transmission it controls the fuel efficiency leading to high productivity. Our machines are already equipped with the ‘NO-SPIN’ technology and Self Locking Differentia for anti-Skid performance.

We also use online platforms, social media channels, newsletters, blogs, and other media to communicate and interact with our customers or industry professionals. We value their opinions and suggestions and use them to improve our products and services.

Our company undertakes various research and development initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency of our road construction equipment by investing in new technologies, materials, processes, and methods. We have a dedicated team of engineers, scientists, technicians, and experts who work on developing innovative solutions for enhancing the efficiency of our machines. We also partner with academic institutions, research organizations, industry associations, and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge and expertise.

How do you address any challenges or limitations that may impact the efficiency of your equipment in various operating conditions or project scenarios?

We address any challenges or limitations that may impact the efficiency of our equipment in various operating conditions or project scenarios by providing comprehensive training and support to our operators and customers. Our training department, which was instigated in 2004, has been actively conducting training programs across many states in the country and foreign countries to ensure that our customers are able to extract the maximum amount efficiency from the machine. We also provide technical assistance, maintenance services, spare parts supply, warranty coverage, and other services to ensure the optimal performance and availability of our machines.
