The company focuses on the development and marketing of machines for the conventional processing of stone and earth. The company also innovates machines for the economical reuse of construction waste like building debris, asphalt and broken roads on site, particularly in inner-city construction sites. As part of the new deal, Schwing Stetter India and Rubble Master HMH GmBH will launch a product (RM60) in India at present followed by RM70, RM90, RM100 and RM 120 whose output range varies from 80 t/hr to 300 t/hr. “Our mobile crushers are ideal, especially in terms of versatility and the long distances in India – a good solution for the sustainable development of the country. Our products complement the Schwing Stetter range perfectly. Schwing Stetter’s concrete plants mainly use aggregates and sand. Our product range will complement the concreting equipment in India and offers a complete solution. Large quantities of natural rock are processed to produce building materials. Our machines can do a great job here,” stated GeraldHanisch, Managing Director & CEO, Rubble Master HMH GmBH.
Recycling is also already being used in the road construction sector which is another possible application for mobile crushers. The distances between each job are enormous and often the destinations are difficult to reach. Here we have a decisive advantage with our compact mobile crushing machines, which can be transported quickly. The compact crushers can be transported at any time and without the need for special permits. Operated by remote control, they remain mobile even during operation and can be moved easily from one place to another even through difficult terrain”.
