WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
My journey with Tata Hitachi started in the year 1995 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, with a strong foundation in engineering.

My journey with Tata Hitachi started in the year 1995 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, with a strong foundation in engineering. Since my initial days, I had the ambition to learn and, at the same time, contribute to the best of my abilities. After two years of shop floor experience, I was placed in the Project Planning function. Over the years, I honed my skills, collaborating with talented teams across all functions of Tata Hitachi, and took on the challenging assignment of implementing SAP and executing complex Capex projects in the areas of plant and machinery, infrastructure, IT, etc. It has been a transformative experience for me, marked by growth and learning. Tata Hitachi's emphasis on innovation, quality, and sustainability has always fueled my passion. The exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and later, my roles as Lead HRBP and Head of Plant Administration, broadened my technical and managerial expertise, strengthening my leadership abilities and paving the way for both professional and personal growth. I have also worked deeply on making Tata Hitachi a comfortable workplace for women employees. It has been a long and enriching journey of 30 wonderful years, marked by accomplishments in my professional career.
