Describe your tipping systems for tippers.

We are into Front End Tipping Hydraulics for last over 40 years globally.

In India, we are present for last over 12 Years with same range of Product.

What types of tippers are your tipping systems compatible with?

All our Cylinders are Telescopic Single Acting Cylinder and in India, we cater Tipping Systems for 12T GVW to 48T GVW Rigid Truck (Tipper Hydraulics) and 55T GCW Tip Trailers.

Provide a brief overview of the design and manufacturing of your tipping systems.

As mentioned above, Hidromas is Global Producer of Single Acting Telescopic Cylinder for Tipper Solution. All Hidromas Cylinders follows the Global Standard of Design and Manufacturing

Hidromas has an advance technology-oriented Manufacturing Plant in Turkey (Konya), India (Chennai) and Brazil (Cauxius De Sol)

What is the maximum load capacity of your tipping systems? Do you offer different sizes or configurations to accommodate various tipper specifications?

The Load Capacity of Cylinder depends on the Body Design. In simple knowledge, same Cylinder can lift different load depending on the Body Dimension. So, there is no specific answer to this question

In India, the biggest diameter of Cylinder being offered by Hidromas is 197mm Dia and in field, often these Cylinders lift 60-80b To Pay Load.

Describe the hydraulic system used in your tipping systems. What safety features are integrated into the hydraulic system?

We are using Close Loop Hydraulic Tipping System, which is very simple in its work flow.

While there are many inbuilt safety feature in every Hidromas Cylinder, Pump, Valve or circuitry parts like Hose etc., but going by the Industry demand, Hidromas has now introduced its innovative “Tamper Proof Tilt Switch”. While, the driver still can manipulate the conventional Tilt Switch, Hidromas Tilt Switch System, where the Air Control Valve is integrated with Solenoid, do not get any chance to mischievous action from Tipper operation people.

Can your tipping systems be customized to meet specific client requirements?

While Diameter of Cylinder is pre-decided depending upon the Lifting Capacity requirement, but as per the demand of Tipping Angle, we can vary the Stroke Length of Cylinders.

How do you ensure that your tipping systems are compatible with a wide range of tippers in the market?

Through our extensive market research, we know the configuration of Tipper Body or Tip Trailer Body being manufactured in our country and we offer varied diameter and stroke length combination to meet customer’s demand

What are the recommended maintenance procedures for your tipping systems?

As the life of Hydraulic Components depends on the cleanliness of Hydraulic Oil, we do recommend change of Hydraulic Oil and Filters in specific interval. Hidromas has long experience about Indian Tipping environment, so company recommends Replacement Interval of Hydraulic Oil and Filter depending upon the working environment (how dusty the ambience is), duty cycle etc.

Apart from that, Hidromas guides their customer for various preventive maintenance practices to ensure safe and efficient working of Tipping System.

What after-sales services do you provide to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of your customers?

Hidromas has a robust Channel Partner network, which are present in key Tipper market.

All the services are rendered in field or in workshop Truck Manufacturer’s Dealer Point.

Hidromas has a direct/indirect workforce of over 100 trained Service personnel to cater to nearly 100,000 Tipping systems. Also, Hidromas is continuously training the OEM customers and their service team, when the problem is easy to handle and to give first response.

Going forward, Hidromas will enhance customer’s experience on service thru digitiasation.

Are there any upcoming innovations or improvements in your tipping systems that customers can look forward to?

The innovation depends on the Market necessity. As of now, there is no big change in Tipper Technology in shorter horizon. However, Hidromas is always proactive to give some Cost-effective solutions to its OEM Partners

Our Marketing Team along with Channel Partners are having close network with all stake holders of Industry. Also, the global team of Hidromas is transferring acquired knowledge of other markets, which help us to stay ahead of others in India.
