Please brief us on LiuGong’s vertical lift wheel loader?
LiuGong has recently launched its revolutionary new product –the vertical lift wheel loader in conexpo 2017 USA. This truly new technology marks an important milestone for LiuGong and for the Chinese construction equipment industry. In vertical lift loaders we can increase payload by 35% with same engine horse power of parallel arm with 450 mm extra lift height.

The vertical lift was developed as an innovative way to increase customer value when purchasing a loader. Vertical lift accentuates the wheel loader’s primary function: lifting and carrying a load, by providing a heavier tipping load and a higher lift height than conventional wheel loaders of the same power and weight. Fuel costs are greatly reduced since the reduced operating weight of the vertical lift machine allows more tons material to be moved per horsepower than with a conventional radial lift machine. This allows customers to move more tonnes per hour for lower initial investment, and lower owning and operating costs than would be required with conventional technology.
Brief us on the range of wheel loaders offered and their unique features?

LiuGong India is selling five models of wheel loader for the Indian market, 818, 835, 836, 856 and 856 H, LiuGong wheel loaders are reliable, best in productivity, low owning and operating cost, versatile and provides best operator comfort with standard AC cabin in all models.
Wheel loader 856 H is next generation machine powered with Cummins QSL 9.3 engines specially developed for LiuGong, It has variable hydraulic system, three operating modes-economy mode/neutral mode/power mode. The LiuGong wheel loader 856 H is available with customised bucket options as the customer requirement and wide range of attachments for different working conditions. New ZF transmission and wet axles ideally matched to perform the perfect harmony and ensure optimized performance.

How do you assess the wheel loader market by 2020?
As government is focussing more and more on infrastructure, requirement of construction equipments will increase. By 2020 wheel loader industry is expected to touch 3200 of units with a change of 32% from 2017. In future, wheel loader market will shift from 3T to 5T and increase the total market share of 5T. 2T wheel loader segment can be a game changer and will take market share from backhoe loaders and increase the numbers beyond 3500.

What are the attachments available for the wheel loader?
Wheel loaders are used as in different application and we can choose the bucket as per material density. Bucket sizes varies from 1 cum to 6 cum. LiuGong India offers optional attachments like rock bucket, grapple with aligned teeth, grass grapple, grapple with crossed teeth, snow cutter, side dump bucket, fork, log grapple, customised buckets and light material bucket.
