What sustainable technologies and practices has your company implemented in your range of equipment?
We at Juggernaut Equipment Pvt Ltd, use the most advanced Lithium Battery & Grid power in conventional Internal Combustion powered equipments like Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Forklifts etc. Currently we have one of the biggest range of Battery operated equipments to offer to our customers.
How do you foresee the role of green technologies evolving in the construction equipment industry over the next decade?
Sustainability has become one of the core focus points for customers in today’s scenario. The operational cost of diesel operated equipments are going higher and implementation of stringent norms on Engine manufacturers in the near future will result in higher Capex & Op-ex cost for these equipments. The demand for green technology equipment which has a very low O & M cost, would become the choice of equipment in near future. The trend for the same is already visible in the market.
What challenges do you face in incorporating green technologies, and how are you addressing them?
Th current challenge we are facing is the delay in taking positive decision on subsidy by the Government of India. We are truly hopeful with Government’s view point in focusing on green energy and hence they would push schemes in their upcoming FAME policy to push start the process.
How does your company plan to continue innovating in the realm of sustainable construction equipment?
We are continuously working on improving the energy efficient systems in our equipment to create a unique name for ourselves. Currently we have one of the largest range of Battery operated heavy duty equipments to offer in the market and we shall continue to add products in our range.
What are your thoughts on the regulatory landscape for green construction equipment and how is your company preparing to meet these standards?
Our objective is to follow the norms and principles on the regulatory landscape for green construction equipment scrupulously and are hopeful to meet the standards in the changing scenario.
How important is customer demand for green technology in driving your company’s innovation?
Customer demand for us can be explained as necessity of all inventions in today’s world. As customer’s demand for a greener and cost effective machine has been has seen a significant growth, we shall keep developing our products and prosper as a Customer centric Company.
