TRACK MOUNTED SCREEN TMS SERIES (4 DECK)

Propel electric mobile crushing and screening plants are being accepted by customers worldwide because of its unique features.  We offer multi configuration, high capacity (in the range of 200 TPH to 400 TPH) dual powered track plants which include jaw, cone, VSI and screen.

We were the first in the world to introduce 4 deck screen and it is running successfully at multiple locations. The fact that track plants can be commissioned in a day and the plant is immediately available for production makes it a likeable product.

The transportation cost is less by 30 -40% in track plants as compared to skid-mounted plants.

Only hydraulic is used for plant setup and crawler movement, and electrical motors are utilised 100% during plant operation. Energy saving of 8 to 10% happens and it is easy to maintain.

The Track Mounted Screen from Propel Industries has the best of both technology and engineering expertise. The high engineered huck bolt fastening system has proven to be a very safe and reliable method.
