We provide comprehensive training and skilling programs for various types of construction equipment, such as concrete pumps, batching plants, transit mixers, boom pumps, self-loading mixers, etc. Our programs are designed to equip operators with the knowledge and skills required to operate and maintain these machines safely and efficiently.

How is the operator training program structured?

Our operator training program consists of both theoretical and practical sessions, covering topics such as equipment operation and controls, safety procedures and protocols, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. The duration of the program varies depending on the type and complexity of the equipment. The program is conducted by our experienced trainers at our state-of-the-art training centre or at the customer’s location as per their convenience.

The equipment training covers four main topics: equipment operation and controls, safety procedures and protocols, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The operators learn how to use the features and functions of the equipment, follow the safety rules and regulations, perform regular checks and inspections, and diagnose and resolve common problems.

How do you assess the effectiveness of your operator training programs?

We assess the effectiveness of our operator training programs by conducting post-training assessment tests to measure the improvement in the knowledge and skills of the operators. We also collect feedback from the operators and their supervisors on their satisfaction with the program content, delivery method, trainer quality, etc. We also monitor the performance indicators of the equipment operated by the trained operators, such as fuel consumption, productivity, downtime, breakdowns, etc.

How does your company provide periodic training courses for experienced operators?

We provide periodic training courses for experienced operators to refresh their knowledge and skills on the latest technologies and best practices related to the equipment. We also provide customized training courses for experienced operators based on their specific needs and requirements. We conduct these courses at our training centre or at the customer’s location as per their convenience.

Do you collaborate with external entities or organizations to enhance operator training?

Yes, we collaborate with external entities or organizations to enhance operator training. We have partnered with the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA) and the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC) in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to offer courses that are aligned with the national occupational standards and industry benchmarks. We are also accredited by the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana scheme to certify pump operators under this initiative.

How do you envision the future of operator training in the construction equipment manufacturing industry? Are there any specific areas your company plans to focus on in the coming years?

We envision that operator training in the construction equipment manufacturing industry will become more digitalized, interactive, and personalized in the future. We plan to leverage technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), etc. to enhance our operator training programs. Our current training facilities host an array of equipment simulators which are already helping us augment our training programs as the candidates are able to experience real time machine operation without any safety risks.

What challenges do you face in providing effective operator training, and how do you overcome them?

Providing effective operator training is challenging due to low awareness and interest in operators to get certified and assessed. We tackle these challenges by creating awareness campaigns, and assessing and generating more placement opportunities for the certifies operators who have completed our training programs.
