Please provide an overview of the crushing and screening equipment your company manufacture?

The product portfolio of Kleemann comprises of   a   varied   range – MOBICAT range of Track mounted Jaw Crushers, MOBIREX   range of track mounted Impact Crushers, MOBISCREEN series which are the track mounted Screening Plants, and the MOBIFOX / MOBICONE range of secondary screening units. Each of these variants comes with further different models and the complete range of Track mounted crushers varies from 150 TPH to 1500 TPH in Jaw, Cone, Impactor & Screens. KLEEMANN crushing and screening plant systems are cleverly designed down to the finest detail and always have the overall process in mind.

Technologically these machines are far superior with regards to spective controls, inter-linkages of plants, Wirtgen telematics as well as its core design elements which enables the customer to have a flexibility in operation and thereby achieve optimum production without compromising on the quality of aggregates crushed.

How do your machines ensure efficient performance and productivity?

Kleemann C & S plants of the EVO series have several advance features like the CFS – Continuous Flow System where all the plants in line are interconnected and recently we have introduced the “SPECTIVE Control system” for all EVO series machines which is a simple and reliable intuitive control technology without lengthy instruction and familiarization periods. In this, the operator is guided step by step through the starting process. The start screen provides a graphical view of the complete plant with all adjustable functions at a glance. When the desired function is selected, clear instructions guide users through all operating steps. If a fault occurs, a fault diagnosis appears on the display. Fault localization, description and the remedy tips appear which result in reduced downtime.

What safety features do your products have to protect operators and maintenance personnel?

In Kleemann, we provide rigid and anti-skid walkway access all along the screen box, which enables ease of cleaning and changing of the screen mesh. For the comfort and safety of operation, we provide wired remote as a standard option with all our scalpers and classifiers, with a touch of a button all the machine parameters are started automatically from a safe distance. Our controller of both the machines are current monitored controller, which means the control system detects that the joystick doesn’t re-turns to the zero potions once it is set into operation by the automatic function.

On our scalpers, we provide fuel filling aids on either side of the machine – this helps easy refuelling at confined spaces. By push of a button our screen box can be positioned horizontally thereby enable a comfortable and ergonomic change of the screen media for both the top and bottom deck.
