Do you provide training for customers on how to use and maintain your mining equipment?

Hailstone handholds the customers from the time of purchase and thereafter. Our service and aftersales team provides the required training to the customers and their team about the use and maintenance of our mining equipment. Our service engineers stationed in different locations across the country, come to the rescue of the customers in case of any concerns raised. We are just a ring away and customers know that.

What kind after-sales support do you offer for your products?

We educate the customer about the usage and stress on the importance of preventive maintenance. We have a scheduled maintenance chart for the machines and we insist the customers to follow the same. We also provide annual maintenance contract (AMC) for our machines which ensures the plant is up and running without any hindrance or minimum downtime.

What steps do you take to make your mining equipment more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient?

Sustainability is our main area of focus. While we are doing our best to ensure that all our products and processes are environmentally friendly, there is also a thrust to manufacture more of electric crushers, which would bring down emissions to a great extent. Energy efficiency is a key feature of all our products and we continue with the same. Our manufacturing plant in Kerala also makes the best use of renewable resources.
