WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

When I joined NBC as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 2016, I became the first woman in TRB Manufacturing. It was both a challenge and an opportunity—to break barriers and open doors for more women in core manufacturing roles. Over the years, I have grown into the role of Lead – Production Engineering, where I have had the chance to drive Lean Manufacturing, Quality Improvement, and Process Optimization initiatives.
One of the highlights of my journey has been leading the Industry 4.0 implementation, helping TRB transition to a paperless manufacturing system. I have worked closely on customer and quality audits, global collaborations, and strategic projects leveraging data analytics. Being one of the first women in NBC’s CEO Circle and the youngest team lead has been humbling—and a chance to mentor others along the way.
I am committed to challenging the status quo and aspire to be a transformational leader in the manufacturing space.
