How do you perceive the opportunities getting better for the OEMs in the CE industry as the Bharatmala project aims to ensure speeding up approval processes to enable quicker execution of projects?
Bharatmala Project focuses on optimizing the efficiency of freight and passenger movement across the country by bridging critical infrastructure gaps. Speeding up approval process helps to reduce the possibility of losing time on a process that can often be cumbersome. It can also protect your team and boost the results of your project. As OEM faster approval ensures faster production rate of equipment to meet demand.
How do you see initiatives like ‘Make in India’, PLI scheme etc, further accelerating the growth of the construction equipment sector?
Construction industry in India will remain buoyant due to increased demand from infrastructure projects. PM launches Gati Shakti Master Plan to integrate different modes of transportation and increase the speed of infrastructure development in India.These initiatives will offer the CE industry bring better innovative offers to our contractors to ensure we can finish our construction on time. The master plan for expressway is of great interest to us as we can offer host of high-capacity road construction equipment for these projects.
Which of your equipment are employed in Bharatmala? What are your contributions in this project?
In Bharatmala, we have supplied our full fleet of road construction equipment like soil compactors, Tandem Rollers, and Pavers working indifferent states in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and many more. Recently, our machines are employed in Raipur- Vizag stretch. We as a Dynapac always think about the customers and are ready to be ‘Your Partner on the Road Ahead’. We are making our every effort to fulfill the vision of the government & supporting our customers in accomplishing this mission of Bharatmala project before the project completion time.
Last mile connectivity is crucial. How do you assess the challenges in the Bharatmala project in terms of construction equipment?
With a large number of projects being allocated as well as high cost of commodity, there is a pressure on contractors to see how to optimize investment. We offer solutions like 13t Soil compactor in place of 11t standard machines that can allow faster compaction, higher productivity and thereby reducing the number of units required. We offer different lucrative schemes that suits customers requirement to fulfill their project needs. Along with, we have best in class Asphalt Pavers, Baby Rollers, 9 wheeled PTR & Tandem rollers to provide for faster operation time, cost saving & smart features.
