Can you provide insights into the range of products you intend to showcase at Excon 2023?
CASE Construction is gearing up to showcase ten new Made-in-India machineries at EXCON 2023. We are planning to debut six new products and venture into two new categories within the domestic market. Moreover, we will be showcasing BS V (CEV/TREM) compliant machines, highlighting our readiness ahead of the official transition time. Additionally, we will be launching a comprehensive value line platform under CNH Industrial that provides genuine parts and accessories.
How is the company looking at leveraging this opportunity at Excon for business growth?
EXCON has been a destination to showcase and explore full and advance range of construction equipment for CASE Construction throughout the years. It is a platform where we can connect with consumers, dealers, policymakers and other stakeholders while also displaying cutting-edge equipment. Moreover, we will be getting a proper atmosphere to connect with the customers and get their feedback. At this year’s trade fair, we are looking forward to getting maximum footfalls at our pavilion, which will help us translate it into increasing consumer interest in our range of smart equipment.
How do you look at your company’s involvement in smart manufacturing of machines or your vision for the future in terms of AI, Automation, IoT, Robotics etc?
We have always been in line with the demands of the sector for automation solutions and smart technology. In order to improve our machines’ overall operational efficiency, productivity, and usability, we have integrated telematics and remote technologies. These systems give operators and fleet owners access to real-time data, which they may use to measure equipment utilisation, monitor performance, and maintain security. Modern automation technologies are incorporated into the manufacturing process at our state-of-the-art Pithampur plant, to produce goods of the highest calibre for both domestic and foreign consumers. Robotic welding, for instance, promotes consistency in quality of our equipment and reduces errors. Both manual and automated paint procedures are used in our paint shop. We also use automation in our machining centre, gas cutting, and laser cutting.
In the near future, we plan to offer cutting-edge solutions in India that have already been effectively implemented in global markets. These will not only help us expand our portfolio but also significantly impact the construction sector.
