Can you provide information about the engine or power source used in your equipment (e.g., engine type, horsepower, emissions standards compliance)?
In our EC5250 PLUS and EC5250 STD we use the Kirloskar water cooled, 4 cylinder – CEV – IV engine which produces a Rated Power of 110 HP, in our Tandem Roller we use the highly fuel-efficient Escorts 4-cylinder water cooled CEV–IV engine which produces a Rated Power of 75 HP and in mini tandem we use the highly fuel-efficient Escorts 3-cylinder water cooled CEV–III engine which produces a Rated Power of 47 HP
Explain the type of compaction method used by your equipment (e.g., vibratory, static, pneumatic, etc.)?
Out of all the methods available in the industry the best and the most effective method is Vibratory Method due to the higher output and improved performance. Therefore, we use the vibratory method in our machines. The output of the vibratory roller is 2.5 – 3 times more than conventional static Rollers.
What are the different variable compaction settings or adjustable settings your compaction machines offer for different soil types or applications?
5250 Soil Compactor has single Frequency 30Hz and dual Amplitude (1.72/0.8) which is most suitable for Indian Soils. In 5250 Plus we have provided Dual Frequency 33Hz/42Hz and dual Amplitude (1.90/0.8) which is suitable for various soil in India. Regarding EC3664 — We have Dual Frequency (55Hz/64Hz) and single aptitude. Option of Front Drum Vibration / Both Drum Vibration (Front & Rear) is a standard feature.
