Demand for concrete would be high especially with governments push on infra projects under ‘Bharatmala Pariyojna’ and the ‘National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP)’ a first-of-its-kind, whole-of-government exercise to provide world-class infrastructure across India, and improve the quality of life for all citizens
How is the market for concrete pipes evolving?
Considering the massive infrastructure development plan by the state and the central governments which shall generate huge demands for the pipes, the BIS have recognized this world-class vibration casting technology to revolutionize the concrete pipe industry in India and released the fifth revision to IS: 458 as according to them, it would be difficult to meet that big demand with conventional process.
