What specific goals and priorities are you aiming to achieve during Excon 2023?

Our goal is to showcase our latest products and solutions that cater to the diverse needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors in India. We want to highlight our expertise and experience in delivering high-quality, reliable, and technologically advanced equipment that can help our customers achieve their project objectives. We also want to strengthen our relationship with our existing and potential customers and partners, and explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Can you provide insights into the range of products you intend to showcase at Excon 2023?

We will display a range of new products at the OD 31, in a 4926 sq. meter space, including new EV specific products. Some of the products that we will showcase are concrete pumps, transit mixers, batching plants, self-loading mixers, shotcrete machines, and so on. These products are designed to meet the current and future demands of the construction industry, such as efficiency, productivity, sustainability, and safety.

How is the company looking at leveraging this opportunity at Excon for business growth?

Excon is the largest and most prestigious event for the construction equipment industry in India, and we are proud to be a part of it. We see this as an opportunity to showcase our capabilities and innovations to a wide audience of industry stakeholders, including customers, contractors, consultants, government officials, media, and others. We hope that by demonstrating our value proposition and competitive edge, we will be able to generate more leads, increase our market share, and enhance our brand image and reputation.

How do you look at your company’s involvement in smart manufacturing of machines or your vision for the future in terms of AI, Automation, IoT, Robotics etc?

We believe that smart manufacturing is the key to achieving excellence and competitiveness in the construction equipment industry. We are constantly investing in research and development to incorporate AI, automation, IoT, robotics, and other emerging technologies into our products and processes. We aim to create intelligent and connected machines that can optimize performance, reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure safety. Our vision is to be a leader in smart manufacturing and provide our customers with the best solutions for their needs.

What do you consider the most critical smart manufacturing technologies for the construction equipment industry, and why?

We think that some of the most critical smart manufacturing technologies for the construction equipment industry are:

• AI and machine learning, which can enable data-driven decision making, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and quality control.
• Automation and robotics, which can enhance efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and consistency, and reduce human errors and risks.
• IoT and cloud computing, which can enable real-time monitoring, remote control, data collection and analysis, and seamless integration of machines and systems.
• EV and green technologies, which can reduce environmental impact, energy consumption, and emissions, and promote sustainability and social responsibility.

With the upcoming and ongoing infrastructure & construction opportunities, how do you intend to assess the performance and outcomes of your business for the coming quarters?

We are optimistic about the growth prospects of the infrastructure and construction sectors in India, as the government has announced several initiatives and policies to boost investment and development in these areas. We expect that these opportunities will translate into increased demand for our products and services, and we are ready to meet the challenges and expectations of our customers. We intend to assess the performance and outcomes of our business for the coming quarters based on various parameters, such as revenue, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, innovation, and quality.

What is your perspective on the anticipated market dynamics in the equipment sector?

The market dynamics in the equipment sector are expected to be influenced by several factors, such as the pace and scale of infrastructure and construction projects in India, especially in sectors like roads, railways, ports, urban development, and renewable energy, which will create more demand for our products and services. Another factor is the availability and affordability of finance, credit, and insurance for the equipment buyers and users, as well as the impact of GST and other tax reforms on the equipment industry, which will affect the cost and profitability of our operations. A third factor is the level of competition and innovation in the equipment industry, as well as the entry of new players and technologies in the market, which will challenge us to maintain our edge and differentiation. A fourth factor is the changing preferences and requirements of the customers, such as quality, reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability, which will drive us to meet and exceed their expectations. A fifth factor is the regulatory and policy environment, such as emission norms, safety standards, and environmental regulations, that affect the equipment industry, which will require us to comply and adapt to the changing rules and norms.

Could you elaborate on your company’s initiatives and progress in creating eco-friendly products?

Creating eco-friendly products is one of our core values, as we strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and contribute to the social and economic development of the communities we serve. Some of our initiatives and progress in this regard are:

• We have launched EV specific products, such as electric concrete pumps and transit mixers, that offer benefits such as noise and air pollution reduction, and fuel and maintenance cost savings.
• We have innovated green concrete solutions, such as recycled concrete, self-compacting concrete, and high-performance concrete, that offer benefits such as natural resource conservation, durability improvement, and performance enhancement.
• We have implemented green manufacturing practices, such as waste management, energy conservation, water recycling, and emission control.
