We manufacture different types of excavators for various applications, such as mining, construction, landscaping, demolition, etc. Our excavator range includes crawler excavators, wheel excavators, mini excavators, and electric excavators. The sizes and specifications of each type of excavator vary depending on the model and the configuration.

Schwing-XCMG excavators are designed to deliver maximum output & efficiency in various applications. They have multiple working modes that allow you to adjust the performance according to the work condition and the load requirement. They also have specially designed buckets that have a large capacity, a high fill factor, a strong structure, and a wear-resistant material. Moreover, they have a self-cleaning function that prevents material sticking and reduces maintenance costs. SCHWING-XCMG is also developing electric excavators that will have zero emissions, low noise, high efficiency, and low operating costs. These electric excavators will be available in different tonnage classes and will not compromise on productivity.

How does your company handle after-sales support, spare parts, and servicing?

Our company handles after-sales support, spare parts, and servicing with utmost care and professionalism. We have a network of dealers and service centres across the country that provide timely and quality service to our customers. We also offer online support and remote diagnosis through our smart system that monitors the status and performance of your excavator. We have a large inventory of spare parts that are readily available and can be delivered to your site within 24 hours. We also provide training and guidance to our customers on how to operate and maintain their excavators properly.

Which countries or regions do you primarily target with your excavator machine inn terms of exports?

We primarily target the domestic market with our excavator products, as we have a strong presence and reputation in India. However, we also export our products to other countries or regions where there is a demand for high-quality and reliable excavators. Some of these countries or regions are South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

SCHWING-XCMG excavators are environmentally friendly and comply with the latest emission standards and regulations. They use advanced engine technology that reduces fuel consumption and emissions. They also use high-strength steel and carbon fiber that reduce the weight and energy usage of the machine. Furthermore, they use recycled materials and biodegradable fluids that minimize the environmental impact. SCHWING-XCMG is also developing electric excavators that have zero emissions and low noise.

Our machines have been heavily involved in many metro projects across the country as more and more metro projects are being sanctioned. The Chennai metro’s ongoing metro construction has been powered by earthmoving and heavy equipment from Schwing – XCMG. Our excavators have also been involved in the Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and the Delhi Metro as well.
