Keestrack keeps growing its market share in mobile crushing and screening in mining, quarrying and recycling
Join the e-volution was Keestrack’s focus at Bauma 2022. The mobile crushing and screening manufacturer introduced already electric driven equipment in 2012 by the e-drive; electric plug-in with onboard diesel/genset in case there is no electric plug-in available. The e-driven machines evolved to equipment with a drop-off engine/genset unit which could be placed next to the equipment, in less dusty and vibrant circumstances, or on the frame of the machine.

Electric motors drive most of the mobile crushing and screening equipment and power some necessary hydraulics systems. The following equipment is available in ZERO-drive: H6e & H7e cone crushers, all impact crushers incl. I4e , all scalper screens except the K8, C6e classifier, all stackers, all jaw crushers except the B3 and the tracked Apron feeder A6.

In the current economic situation, all manufacturers struggle with supplier shortages, higher costs, finding workforce and dealing with longer delivery times.
Keestrack kept investing during the covid period resulting in another new production hall at the Czech Republic plant. But also the Etrack India plant is now fully operational and will upscale its activities. Keestrack keeps on investing in their production facilities also in Italy & China and tries to find ways to shorten lead times, supplier & workforce shortages by investing and expanding its facilities.
What sectors are driving growth for your company?
Keestrack keeps growing its market share in mobile crushing and screening in mining, quarrying and recycling and we see a growth in all sectors. The biggest growth we see in the electric driven equipment as they are a bigger investment due to the innovative technology however they are more profitable for the owners & operators. Keestrack also keeps looking to other opportunities outside its main focus like the accusation of Goldoni tractors in Italy and the plans to enter different markets.
Which continent has been drawing more demand for your products?
As Keestrack is already established for almost 30 years in Europe with a very strong representation in Scandinavia, and in Europe in general, this stays an important market. However, we see a strong growth in North-America but also in India where we believe Keestrack will grow substantial due to its local presence.
