Eimco Elecon (I) Ltd, a flagship group company of Elecon Group, is 1st Indian Company that manufactures Piling Rigs indigenously & completely under ‘Make in India’ & ‘Atam Nirbhar Bharat’ program. We have launched two Models EC216 and EC267 on Indian Soils & these machines are performing extremely well against their rival models from competition. Our Rigs are fuel efficient, reliable, and equipped with self-erecting features….to name a few. We are planning to add a smaller model EC125 soon in our manufacturing range, giving the customers a complete bouquet for the selection of machines according to the requirement at their projects
What are the Research and Development as well as technology trends in your foundation equipment and accessories?
With our aim to remain a step ahead in technology, Eimco Elecon has been a forerunner in providing reliable machines to Indian customers in Mining & Construction Space. We have technical collaboration with CZM, USA, a premier Piling Rig manufacturer & US market leader in foundation drilling rigs for designing our Piling Rigs. Our Rigs are ‘Designed in USA and Made in India. These rigs are designed for High Torque to Weight ratio resulting in Fuel efficiency, fitted with anti-shock mechanism, having 3 rotary speeds for performance in all types of soil & rock strata, unique Kelly Bar design for transferring complete torque to ground effectively. These harvests through R&D gives customers extra savings, reliability in performance and longer life to equipment.
What are the trends in the market in terms of more fuel and energy efficient equipment, safety of the machine, training of the personnel and higher capacity?
With the continuous development in technology fuel efficiency & operational safety are taking front seat while designing & manufacturing of these heavy equipment. We take pride in conveying that our Piling Rigs are the most fuel efficient rigs & have a highest operational stability while performing at site. These uniqueness have been achieved through High Toque to Weight Ratio, provision of foot-mast for providing additional safety when operating in very difficult underfoot conditions.
How do you look at the revival of the foundation equipment market? What are the measures needed for the revival?
Market of foundation equipment has already bounced back and is growing at tremendous pace since last 2/3 years. We expect similar trend to continue for next couple of years.
