Please provide an overview of your most popular heavy-duty road mat products, including their features.
Isotrack offers a portfolio of mats which are designed keeping in perspective the terrain challenges and kind of vehicle, equipment movement and hence it is the world’s most preferred “TEMPORARY ACCESS MATS” catering to wide sectors like roads, shipping, power, windmills and more. The mats are nomenclated as X, G, L, H and come with different dimensions and weight but similar properties. The widely used mat would be the X mat which has outstanding compressive strength of more than 415 tonnes/m2 reaching maximum force 730 tonnes/m2. Each mat also has two different traction surfaces – for tyres and steel tracks and is buoyant too.
How do you offer customization options for your heavy-duty road mat to meet specific customer needs?
We have different mats for different topographies, so that customisation is already done keeping in purview the different terrains worldwide. Apart from this due to the cellular core construction the mats are buoyant and stay afloat and this proves to be of a great advantage. As these mats are predominantly used for heavy vehicle movement, we provide two traction surfaces to facilitate the same which is not found anywhere.
What quality control measures do you have in place to ensure the durability and reliability of your heavy-duty road mat?
The Mats are designed and developed with FEA Analysis. This is to predict and understand how an object might behave under various physical conditions.
The mats undergo a 3-point load test which ensures load bearing cycle count for better stability and compression. The cyclic deflection test too ensures the same. These mats work under low temperatures upto -40 degrees and bending tests at ambient temperature.
Do you provide training for customers on how to use and maintain your heavy-duty road mat?
Customer centricity is at the core of all we do. We have periodic trainings for our customers as it is crucial to understand everything about the mat, right from its features to all properties, associated technicalities and methodologies of installation on site. We have all user and technical manuals in place which we also provide to the customers as a ready reckoner. This has led to strengthening the trust and credibility amongst our customers who have been the patrons since our inception.
What kind after-sales support do you offer for your products?
At ISOTRACK, we partner our customers and it’s just not sales but also the support which we offer consistently. We have trained supervisors, who periodically visit the sites, offer trainings and solutions to ensure that our customers do not face any glitches and get the best.
