What are the key products on display during Bauma Munich?
TVH currently offers more than 7 million known references for construction equipment. During Bauma, we will show you a selection of our parts for construction equipment to give you an idea of our wide range. Our key products on display would be our range of Grammer Seats and Undercarriages for construction equipment.
How do you look at the market in India for your products?
TVH recognises the potential of the India market and in 2012, we established a local office in Pune, India. With our key strengths of having a 95% ex-stock availability in our Belgium warehouse for all parts enquired by customers, competitive prices and an easy warranty replacement policy; we are confident in our ability to meet our customers parts, accessories and attachments needs.
As a trusted parts supplier, we aim to keep our customers going and growing. With that in mind, TVH has recently expanded our range into the construction equipment parts market. Every day, our range of parts and accessories for the construction equipment market grows; and with this move, we will be able to better support the growing needs of the India market. We already see positive responses from our customers in the region regarding our entry into this segment.
Are any new launches or announcements planned during Bauma?
TVH provides essential parts to keep small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers. We currently offer over 7 million known references for all major makes and models. Think of Bobcat, Caterpillar, Genie, Haulotte, JCB, JLG, Kubota, Manitou, Merlo, Skyjack. In addition, we strive to continuously expand our range with new parts, new brands or even new equipment types. In fact, by the end of this year, you will also be able to turn to TVH for parts for backhoe loaders!
We are also pleased to announce that we have become an official distributor of Sinoboom mobile elevating work platform parts for Europe. Sinoboom is the Chinese leader in the manufacturing of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).
What are your after-sales initiatives for your range of products?
TVH offers a range of after-sales initiatives for our customers including a warranty for our products and services such as TVH University, which provides practice-oriented technical training courses suitable for industrial vehicles such as forklifts, telehandlers, mobile elevating work platforms, small earth-moving equipment and tractors. We offer both in-person and digital courses taught by highly qualified trainers. In participating in the courses offered by TVH University, attendees can get certified in industry-related topics such as international combustion engines, electrics/electronics, hydraulics, power electronics and many more.
What are your expectations from Bauma Munich this time?
Being the first big trade show, TVH is participating in since Covid-19, we really are happy to meet with new and existing customers. We launched our range of parts for small earth moving equipment in 2020, so Bauma Munich is, for us, also the first big international trade show to show the market what we can offer in this segment.
