Cross Country projects requires above 100 ton rigs for installation of 24 inches carbon steel plus 6 inches MDPE pipeline which intersect the states. In city, it requires minimum 50 ton rig with high grade mud pump for the rock drill. Tremendous HDD work flow is there in open market to develop CGD pipeline projects in India. Presently there are 228 Geographical areas authorized by PNGRB in 27 states and U.Ts covering approximately 53% of the country’s Geographical area and 70 % of its population. In the last CGD bidding round 50 GA were authorized for development of CGD network. In order to further expand the reach of natural gas in the country, PNGRB has finalized a list of 65 Geographical areas with the allocation of jobs to Gas companies. LOI has already been given to all winners. MEIL has bagged maximum geographical allocations, Adani Total gas limited is the second largest company who has possessed license. Consortium of HCG & Consortium of Dinesh Engineers Limited, Resonance Energy, & Tolani Projects are the new intrent who have bagged one GA in unified manner. A3000 is Apollo’s 160 Ton HDD Machine has recently come into limelight when this machine completed 1230 metres single shot at lucknow airport in very less time. A3000 is a powerful HDD machine for the cross country pipeline projects. This model comes with CAT C9.3 Engine and generates torque of 77012 Nm. Engine generates 1794NM torque on 1400 rpm.
