How do you envision the future of operator training in the CE manufacturing industry? Are there any specific areas your company plans to focus on in the coming years?
With the continuous growth in CE industry and with the continuous thrust on Indian Infrastructure from the GOI, we see huge requirement of operators within India n Outside India. We see a huge requirement of skilled and unskilled opportunity within India and outside India as well. Keeping this view, we have started 6 weeks exhaustive training program for fresh engineers who are ready to go for the job and we see huge demand in this segment.
Operator training is the continuous process and throughout the year it conducts the same and it has conducted in past and in future too it will continue. Operators plays the vital role for this industry and they need to be trained in proper and scheduled way.
What challenges do you face in providing effective operator training, and how do you overcome them?
CE industry is very dynamic and our equipment are mobile in nature, so planning for operator training program in various pockets to ease their travel n other logistics challenges creates a major hurdle.
Also every hours of machine non- operational is money loss to the equipment owners and with the intense competition in the rental and hiring segment where majority of equipments are deployed, we see less interest from the stakeholders to participate in the training program.
