What are your most popular concrete equipment products, and what are their specifications and features?

One of our most popular concrete equipment products is the concrete truck mixer. In this product category, we have a 90% market share in India, and we also cater heavily to the export market. One of the models of Transit Mixers from SCHWING Stetter India is the AM 8 (C2), which has a nominal capacity of 8 cubic meters. This means that it can carry up to 8 cubic meters of concrete per trip. The total geometric volume of the mixer drum is 14170 liters, and the waterline volume is 8838 liters. The filling ratio is 56.5%, which indicates the percentage of the drum volume that is filled with concrete. The AM 8 (C2) has a diesel engine with a power output of 79 kilowatts, which provides sufficient torque and speed for the mixer. The drum speed can be adjusted from 0 to 12 revolutions per minute, depending on the mixing and discharge requirements. The AM 8 (C2) also has a water tank with a volume of either 500 or 650 liters, which can be used for cleaning the mixer drum and adding water to the concrete mix.

How do you offer customization options for your concrete equipment to meet specific customer needs?

We offer a variety of customization options for our concrete equipment to meet specific customer needs. For example, we can customize the size and capacity of the equipment, the type of engine, the control system, and the mounting configuration. We can also add additional features, such as a telematics system or a remote monitoring system.

To understand and meet the specific needs of our customers, we have a dedicated team of engineers and product managers who work closely with customers to develop customized solutions. We also have a strong R&D team that is constantly developing new products and features to meet the changing needs of the market.

What quality control measures do you have in place to ensure the durability and reliability of your concrete equipment?

We have a rigorous quality control process in place to ensure that our concrete equipment meets the highest standards of durability and reliability. Our quality control process begins at the design stage, where we use state-of-the-art engineering software to simulate the performance of our equipment under real-world conditions. Once a design is finalized, it is thoroughly tested in our laboratory before being put into production.

Our production facilities are equipped with the latest manufacturing technologies and quality control procedures. We use only the highest quality materials and components in our equipment, and we perform rigorous inspections at every stage of the production process. All of our equipment is also tested and commissioned before it is shipped to the customer.

Are there any upcoming developments or innovations in your concrete equipment line that potential customers should be aware of?

Yes, we are constantly developing new products and features for our concrete equipment line. For example, we are currently developing a new line of electric concrete pumps that are more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Our TSR EV (Shotcrete machine) which is a completely electric product has already been launched to the market. We are also developing new telematics and remote monitoring systems that will allow customers to better manage their fleets and optimize their operations.

We are also working on new ways to integrate our concrete equipment with other construction technologies, such as 3D printing. We believe that these integrations will help our customers to improve their productivity, efficiency, and safety.

Do you provide training for customers on how to use and maintain your concrete equipment?

We offer a variety of training programs for our customers on how to use and maintain their concrete equipment. Our training programs are taught by experienced and certified instructors, and they cover a wide range of topics, including operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and safety procedures. We also offer customized training programs to meet the specific needs of our customers.

What kind after-sales support do you offer for your products?

SCHWING Stetter India have 27 offices and 9 service centres in India with more than 500 service and spares teams. We also have specially dedicated team support in special projects such as HSR, CMRL, etc to provide quick support to customer which will significantly reduce the breakdown time. With a wide network of Pan Indian service centres and branches, we hold and store all wearable and consumable spares distributed in the nearest location of the machines and major components so that the customer can avail our services and parts promptly. There is a specialist team of more than 40 members in India providing special support and training to the customers on an all-India level.

What steps do you take to make your concrete equipment more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient?

SCHWING Stetter India is committed to developing and manufacturing concrete equipment that is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. We have launched the TSR EV machine, one of our most effective electric solutions, to the market. This machine is powered by clean, green electricity, eliminating the need for diesel engines. We are also working on a number of other initiatives to make our concrete equipment more environmentally friendly, such as using recycled materials in our manufacturing process, designing our equipment for energy efficiency, and developing new technologies to reduce emissions.

We believe that these initiatives will help us to make our concrete equipment more sustainable and environmentally friendly, and that they will help us to create a more sustainable future for the concrete industry.
