Our Marini plants are continuously updated with each new development. In response to the Indian market demands, Marini has introduced several innovations, including Warm Mix Asphalt, a Recycling solution that can handle up to 60 percent RAP without requiring a second drum, Mastic asphalt solutions, and a multi-fuel burner (including gas).

Marini’s global portfolio includes additional technologies that could be introduced to India as they become viable for the Indian market and as the local ecosystem is prepared to support both the customers and the technology. This includes advancements like the parallel drum system and new software kits for CO2 reduction and fuel consumption optimization.

By monitoring key parameters in real-time and documenting performance analytics, MatManager ensures optimal paving results while controlling material consumption. This advanced system not only enhances project efficiency but also sets industry standards for quality assurance and performance documentation.

In our Marini asphalt plants, we have Cybertronic a digital plant management system, to respond to the needs of our clients, while also guaranteeing an exceptional level of technical support, accurate analysis of heat exchange flows, and optimal energy efficiency. Marini Cybertronic offers significant advantages through its advanced automatic control of the drying process. By utilizing a physical model of the drying and filtering process, it ensures precise control of outlet temperatures, even with varying materials. Its self-commissioning capability and dynamic RAP recipe generator further enhance efficiency by optimizing burner power, drum rotation speed, and RAP integration. This leads to stable temperature management, reduced energy loss, and minimized risk of system issues, making Cybertronic a game-changer in asphalt plant operations.

We also make sure that customer is supported with burner tunning services and plant health check to ensure the plant remain efficient through the life.
