Give us details about your manufacturing facilities in India?
We are the manufacturer of high quality Asphalt batch mix plant, Bitumen Decanter, RDSO, Counter flow drum mix, Micro surfacing paver and we are the authorized vendors for steel bridge girders.
We supply on worldwide. And our customer service team reach in 24 hours in India to help our valuable customers.
How technologically advanced are your manufacturing facilities in India? Also, what are the safety features incorporated in these facilities?
Smart plant, cloud based software system with remote access, precise, better gradation of aggregate with numbers of load cells, accuracy level of bitumen addition and filler, green plant, meta aramid bag material, energy efficient plant, insulation provided to avoid heat loss, variable frequency drives, reliable plant and world class suppliers.
Can you give us a brief about your employment strength in terms of contractual and payroll?
We have a 50,000 Sq.m. production area at Mehsana-Ahmedabad Highway and we have more than 600 employees with 120+ trained and experienced management person. More than 75 engineers supporting Plant in the field
What are your company’s initiatives in skilling and training?
Our major focus is on skilling and training not only our team but also others, who are operating the machines which we also manufacture since it helps us create a better environment and will lead to better roads which is our mission.
Quarterly trainings are being done for our service team by the vendors as well as with us so that they can even update us about if there needs to be any change in the facilities or not. And we guide them through the new updates which are coming in the technology and market.
How do you make use of robotics in your facilities?
Robotics are being widely used in our factory which enables drilling by CNC Drilling Machines, Plasma Cutting machines help us to cut the Steel Plates in proper manner as well as good finishing. Sheer bending Machine allows perfect bending so that we can comply on our quality products.
Tell us on your export market and important initiatives to cater to the requirement of International market?
We have presence in around 25 countries with more than 200 equipment catering their specific requirements. We also have offices around the Globe to cater to this equipment and to provide services which is our Strength. We are pioneer in Bitumen Decanting Solutions due to our export market. We have all our decanters in Sharjah Refinery as well as Tanzania Refinery.

What are your future plans to cash-in the infrastructure boom in India?
We are already future ready with the new innovations and technologies in India by introducing them and successfully running them like Reclaimed asphalt pavement addition, Fibre dosing addition system and Warm mix system. Moreover, the main important equipment we had manufactured which is totally Make in India, a preventive maintenance equipment, Microsurfacing paver. This preventive maintenance paver can increase life span of road by 2-3 years.
We feel so proud to inform that we are the first Indian company to install the most No. of asphalt plants on Delhi-Mumbai expressway, the prestigious Project which is a dream project of our respected Road & Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari.
All the plant capacities which are installed are 200 TPH & 240 TPH capacity with Reclaimed asphalt, Fibre dosing system. Total 6 Nos. of Asphalt Plants are catering hot mix requirements of the biggest road project. Alltech group is looking for the same for Ganga Expressway.
