SELF-LOADING CONCRETE MIXERS should be evaluated based on the QUALITY and CONSISTENCY of concrete produced.
The Self Loading Concrete Mixer design was first introduced by Fiori in 1965. Since last several decades, the Fiori mixers have been contributing immensely in the concreting equipment sector across the world. Fiori Self Loading Mixers have always benchmarked productivity, efficiency, and value solution in this product segment of on-site concreting.
Since introduction, Fiori mixers have gone through continuous improvisation to meet the growing quality demands in job-site concreting. It has evolved over the years in such a manner that Fiori mixers can produce certified quality concrete of any grade, as good as the concrete made by top quality batching plants. Today Fiori mxiers are sold in over 65 countries across the world.
Fiori mixers use smart, innovative & simple technologies. These technologies help in improving the equipment efficiency and make it safer.
Fiori Concrete Machines India Pvt Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiori Group S.p.A. Italy. In India, Fiori mixers are currently available in two types of Self Loading Mixers, the DBS series & the DBX series. The DBS series represents the rear-loading mixer system. The two models in rear loading mixer are DBS 2800 & DBS 4300 with mixing capacity of 2.8 cbm and 4.3 cbm per batch respectively. The DBX series represents the modern front-loading mixer system. The two models in the front-loading mixers are DBX 2500 & DBX 5000 with mixing capacity of 2.5 cbm and 4.3 cbm per batch respectively.
The concept of Self-loading concrete mixers ensures that there is minimum travel between the place of production of concrete & the place of usage of concrete. This ensures production of concrete with the least consumption of fossil fuel. The front-loading arrangement in Fiori with the grab bucket design ensures increased productivity and efficient use of fuel to produce more
Self-loading concrete mixers should be evaluated based on the quality and consistency of concrete produced. Fiori’s build quality & in-built quality control mechanism ensures mix design is achieved and produces homogenous concrete in every batch, thereby saving money by reducing waste & increased productivity.
The Fiori mixers have cabin made as per ROPS & FOPS norms. There are many other such features which make operating Fiori mixers safer for the operator and on-site personnel.
Fiori’s experience of dealing with customers with over 65+ countries across the world have helped in achieving a customer friendly machine while ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.
The high-quality Fiori products that we produce are a result of continuous innovation, extensive R&D and customer feedback from customers across the world.
