What specific goals and priorities are you aiming to achieve during Excon 2023?

We are very excited to be a part of Excon 2023 and in the capacity of associate sponsor. We want to make the most of the limitless opportunities this largest construction equipment exhibition of South Asia has to present. We are looking forward to knowledge gaining with five country pavilions being part of Excon 2023, we would also like to understand the market in China, France, Germany, Italy and Turkey. We are on a global expansion spree and this would prove helpful.

We have plans to present upgraded versions of our products at Excon. We wish to leverage the platform to connect with stakeholders. We are also looking forward eagerly to the industry conferences at Excon 2023.

Can you provide insights into the range of products you intend to showcase at Excon 2023?

Specific ‘most-preferred’ Hailstone products will be on display at Excon 2023. We would also be explaining the benefits of our products to the customers who visit us.

How is the company looking at leveraging this opportunity at Excon for business growth?

We will use the platform to network, understand country-specific market needs to boost our global ambitions. Our team is keen to gain insights from every opportunity and also, from experts and policy makers.

How do you look at your company’s involvement in smart manufacturing of machines or your vision for the future in terms of AI, Automation, IoT, Robotics etc?

We are on the right track in terms of AI, Automation, IoT and Robotics. It is still work in progress and we will soon be launching smart machines, in the real sense of the word. Our Smart Crusher is already raising eyebrows for its efficiency with Jaw, cone and screen as one unit, though the focus of this is more on energy and cost savings.

What is your perspective on the anticipated market dynamics in the equipment sector?

As per a report from Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (ICEMA), The Indian Construction Equipment industry consolidated its positive performance in the current year as CE sales grew by an excellent 31% in Q2 of FY 2023-24, as compared to Q2 of the last fiscal year. Total equipment sales in Q2 24 increased to 30,078 units, against 22,941 units sold in Q2 of FY 2022-23. Of these, domestic sales accounted for 27,423 units while 2,655 units were exported. The government is focussing on infrastructure projects, making big announcements and this means the sales will definitely increase and the equipment industry will do extremely well.
