What are your after-sales initiatives for your range of products?
In India, we have a good dealer partner Escorts Kubota Limited (Formerly Escorts Ltd) who have a dedicated team of Comansa trained service engineers. Periodically for a knowledge updating of our dealer partner service engineers we time to time carry our training programs in India or at our factory by our trainers. During lockdown, we had these training programs online, but now we have restored it back to physical form. At Escorts Kubota Limited, to ensure a focus on this Tower Crane line of business, they have a separate vertical in their company with dedicated team which take care of spare parts and services of our range of Comansa Tower Cranes on a pan India basis.
What are the various challenges faced in the sector globally?
We foresee that as this ongoing Russian – Ukraine crisis is not coming to an end, this might lead to slowing of few big ticket infrastructure projects all across the globe.
