Kindly give us a brief description of the MB Products.
MB Crusher provides a range of attachments that can transform any carrier machine into a powerful crusher, screener, and material processing machine. The attachments are designed to work with excavators, skid loaders, loaders, and backhoes of different sizes and models. They can crush and screen various materials such as concrete, rock, wood, and more directly on site.
What types of construction equipment are your range of attachments designed for and what are the key features and specifications (e.g., weight, power, impact energy, etc.) in your range of attachments?
MB Crusher’s range of attachments includes crusher buckets, screening buckets, shafts screeners, drum cutters, and sorting grapples. Each attachment has its own features and specifications depending on the type and size of the carrier machine and the material to be processed.
Crusher buckets: these are the most versatile and popular attachments in the MB range. They allow the user to crush all kinds of inert material directly on site and reuse it or sell it. They have a wide mouth opening that can handle large sizes of material and a patented jaw movement that ensures high performance and quality of the output. The crusher buckets have many advantages such as easy installation, low maintenance, high productivity, adjustable output size, and compatibility with different types of machines. The crusher buckets are available in 8 models for excavators from 7 to 100 tons and 4 models for loaders, skid loaders, and backhoes from 4.5 to 12 tons.
Screening buckets: These are ideal for screening natural materials both before and after the crushing process. It allow the user to screen out and collect fine materials or clean rocky material for reuse or sale. It has a unique and innovative conical shape that reduces wear & tare tear and increases productivity. They also have a basket design that allows for easy interchangeability of the panels according to the desired output size. The screening buckets are available in 4 models for excavators from 6 to 50 tons and 2 models for loaders, skid loaders, and backhoes from 8 to 25 tons.
Shafts screeners: These are designed to handle a variety of materials such as soil, compost, wood chips, coal, sand, gravel, aggregates, glass, cement, gypsum, and more. It has a patented system of interchangeable shafts that can be easily replaced on site according to the material to be processed. It also have a centralized greasing system that simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The shafts screeners are available in 11 models for excavators & Backhoes from 1.3 to 45 tons.
Drum cutters: These are suitable for cutting hard materials such as rock, concrete, asphalt, frozen ground, etc. It has a low vibration level that reduces noise and environmental impact. It also have a direct drive twin motor system that provides high torque and efficiency. The drum cutters are available in 4 models for excavators and backhoes from 3.5 to 35 tons.
Sorting grapples: These are designed for handling, sorting, loading, and unloading different types of materials such as scrap metal, waste, wood, etc. It has a wide opening that allows for easy gripping and a load-holding valve that prevents accidental release of the material. It also have a silent block that reduces noise emissions and wear parts made of Hardox steel for durability. The sorting grapples are available in 9 models for excavators from 1.3 to 30 tons.
