How do you rate your company’s journey so far and what do you think are the major factors contributing to your success saga in the industry?

Wipro as a global hydraulic cylinder manufacturer has been serving marquee customers across segments for over four decades. More recently, we diversified into businesses including Aerospace, Automation solutions, Water Treatment solutions and 3D Printing solutions. Our customers are predominant players in their respective market segments and lead innovations in their own products. Our success is a reflection on the deep partnership we have with customers in the areas of engineering and innovation, and a measure of the quality and reliability of our products. Since our customers are global organizations, we have created global capacity and engineering capabilities too. Most importantly, Wipro’s values and business ethics are guiding principles for sustained relationship and growth.

What differentiates your company from other competitive players in this space? 

Wipro’s strength in the field of hydraulic cylinders is based on longstanding expertise across application areas and our global operations. Experience helps us find the fine balance between efficiency, safety, and cost. Global operations give us the ability to design, source and manufacture efficiently while being close to our customers. Global capacity helps us mitigate risks to a large extent. This combination gives us a unique positioning that our customers value.

What products are being showcased /launched at Excon and what will be your focus of display? 

Our customers visiting Excon this year would get a view of Wipro’s capability in the fields of Hydraulics, Automation solutions, Aerospace and 3D Printing solutions. They would experience working models of some products and solutions that we bring to market.

What motivates you to participate at this Expo?

Wipro has been an integral part of the Indian industry from a nascent stage.Excon is where the leadership from our industry come together to discuss and define the future. This helps us plan well in advance. This is also where some new technologies and innovations would be on display and one can forge relationships with promising entrants to our field.

What are your expectations from Excon, especially after a period of lull due to Covid 19 pandemic?

We see Excon as a window to the future – a platform that showcases the latest technologies and machines from our customers. It sets a great stage for exchanging notes and aligning with industry leaders for the future. We hope to welcome customers, partners, and suppliers to our stall in person after a lull period during the pandemic years.
