FIORI SLM: Redefining Efficiency with SMART TECHNOLOGY and SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION

The primary purpose of the FIORI Self Loading Concrete Mixer is to produce & use fresh concrete at construction sites. The FIORI mixers equipped with in-built components & features ensure that all processes like batching, mixing, travel & discharge happen with great efficiency and productivity. The proprietary FIORI CBV 2.0 control system ensures production of homogenously mixed concrete consistently in every batch.

For regular grades of concrete, in a FIORI self-loading mixer, the concrete produced is at once used thereby reducing the need to add chemicals in the concrete to ensure longer setting time. During travelling, the FIORI mixers use a Constant Speed Drive feature. This feature ensures that the mixing drum rotates at a slow speed which keeps the concrete from setting while driving the equipment at any desired speed. This ensures that the machine travels at regular speed while avoiding segregation of already mixed concrete. This ensures best mixing efficiency and avoids wastage of concrete.

The grab type bucket used in the FIORI front-loading mixers helps to avoid wastage of cement during the cement batching process. The grab type buckets offer multiple benefits like faster loading, no wastage of cement and a faster cycle time. Pressure sensors mounted on the drum gearbox measure concrete pressure inside the drum and show to the operator that the concrete is homogenously mixed and is ready for discharge. This helps in avoiding wastage of concrete.

The FIORI mixers travel on optimally rated tyres. These tyres avoid overloading the drive system. The weight of the machine along-with the weight of the concrete is less that the total weight carrying capacity of the tyres used in FIORI. This avoids overloading the engine and thereby ensuring maximum fuel efficiency.

Through usage of smart technology, the FIORI mixers maximize complete use of the available engine & hydraulic power thereby reducing wastages.
