What is the demand-supply scenario for asphalt pavers (mechanical and sensor based) and how do you assess the growth drivers?
Owing to the accelerated spending by means of governments for excessive nice roads and highways for rapid movement of products and passengers even from the remote places to essential cities all around the world to enhance the quality and stretch of road and highways, smart city initiatives are creating demand for asphalt pavers. Increased road construction projects lead us to forecast the demand of asphalt pavers and accordingly we try to fulfill the need of our customers.
What do you think is the impact of disruptive technologies on the asphalt paver segment? How intelligent and smart is your range of pavers?

How do you look at the potential for mini and compact pavers?
I think in upcoming days the demand for mini and compact pavers will increase, but as if now due to big stretch of road construction projects still it will take tie for compact pavers to enter the market in full fledge.
What are your initiatives in skilling up people, especially in this post-pandemic scenario?
Well, we already have skilled people in our team, but initiatives are taken for their proper training on all levels whether it be soft skills, software training, technical skills, product training, or day-to-day challenges on the field. Pandemic has slowed life down, but it has not for Dynapac to meet the demand and supply.
What are the challenges in the asphalt pavers space and what steps are needed to iron out these challenges?
As I have said earlier every day arrives with a new challenge and the solution is only continuous innovation. In the current scenario, it is a demand of time that we need innovations for speedy and quality road construction, and we are abided by one single rule i.e., “Your Partner on the road ahead”. Whatever be the challenge, we are always ready with the solution.
