Caterpillar India Private Limited has reached an agreement with Pi Green Innovations Private Limited to distribute the Carbon Cutter through India’s Cat® dealers, Gmmco Limited and Gainwell Commosales Private Limited. The association aims to enhance environmental sustainability by promoting the adoption of Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECD) for diesel gensets.
The Carbon Cutter is a revolutionary RECD that reduces particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) emissions from diesel gensets. The use of ARAI-certified RECD will enable Caterpillar customers to make their existing fleet of Cat gensets compliant with the latest National Green Tribunal’s order.
The RECD is based on a patented filter-less technology that negates issues like clogging and manual cleaning. As a result, there is no need to replace a filter; therefore, it is low maintenance.
The association between Pi Green Innovations and Caterpillar India signifies a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and a sustainable future.
