How do you rate your company’s journey so far and what do you think are the major factors contributing to your success saga in the industry?

TVH India made its presence in India from 2012 with initially supplying spare parts for Material Handling Equipments like Forklifts, Reachstacker and other warehouse equipment and as on date TVH is catering to the spare parts of MEWPs, PORT Container handling equipment, Compact construction equipment spare parts and also Airport Ground support equipments. TVH is the world’s biggest supplier with 44 Million known references and 930,000 stock items and parts for 600 makes of equipment

What has been the shift in buying patterns from the end-user segment?

With the inconsistent lead times prevailing globally, we have more end users willing to try TVH and this channel of after-market spare parts. TVH has 95% of enquired parts on stock and ready to be delivered within 4 days to key cities in India and this is much faster than what the industry offers right now. On a wider view, TVH supports the equipment owners, hiring companies / fleet owners more than ever in the current scenario with delayed logistic lines. We execute approx 17000 orders in a day

Tell us about the technological trends in your range of components / spares?

Speed of delivery and OEM quality products was the market requirement always and TVH quality charter that evolved over the last 50 years has taken care of this part. TVH has some of the largest and the most modern spare parts warehouses in the world at Waregem, Belgium. Our test centres for spare part quality checks are an added level to the parts a customer will receive. We not only rely on the part manufacturer’s assurance, but we have our own testing process in place to ensure the best product reaches the customers.

What differentiates your company from other competitive players in the industry?

TVHs scale of operation meaning 81 branches across the world and 75000 customers across 180 countries and the TVH brand name which is synonymous with fast delivery vis competitive prices and an unmatched warranty process in place is still unmatched.

What is your insight on your company’s road map for the next three years?

Our focus is to expand in the new markets and grow in core regions and markets . The Indian market / industry still has a lot of scope to grow and TVH is the solution the market needs. TVH as a one stop shop for all construction equipment spare parts is where it’s heading.
