What are your views on making India as a global construction equipment manufacturing hub which will indirectly support the component manufacturers?

With growing global population and urbanization, there is a clear need for more and better infrastructure and increased farm output. This would mean that the world would need more productive and efficient machines and superior tyres for higher productivity and lower down times.

India, with its demographics and geopolitics, is well poised to attract further investment both to serve the fast expanding Indian market and to supply global requirements from the global equipment manufacturers across mining, construction, industrial and farm sectors. This would certainly be of great advantage to local component makers with a growing focus on ‘Make in India’.
