The innovative digital operating concept ‘Spective’ from Kleemann has optimised the control of crushing plants in a trendsetting manner
Independent screens (classifiers) are widely used in Iron mining segment – which is showing a dip in the market due to the current duty structure imposed on export’s, which in turn has reduced the iron ore production. But the demand for independent screens (scalper’s) is growing in bio-mining sector as a replacement for traditional trommels. This market segment has seen a significant increase due to government Swachh Bharat mission and smart city initiatives to clear the landfills across the country.

Kleemann manufactures both scalpers and classifiers models at our Pune plant for the world market, Mobi screen classifiers are provided with two different capacities 350 tph (MSC 702/03) and 500 tph (MSC 952/53) having both 2 deck and 3 deck variant as well Mobi screen scalper MSS 802 a 500 TPH capacity 2 deck scalper for both heavy duty and light application, the same machines are supplied to our Indian customers as well. All our Kleemann screens can be equipped with dual power systems, which enables our customer to work with grid power as well. Kleemann also provides aftermarket fitment for the same, which thereby helps our existing customers to convert their machines into dual power ones. This can save their fuel cost by almost 50% along with additional savings on the engine maintenance.
What efforts have been made to make your product more versatile and value for money for the customers?
We at Kleemann work on three major principles 1. Material flow movement, 2. Ease of operation, 3. Connected machines. If you look at the material flow movement in Kleemann machines both scalper and classifiers have wider input and output conveyors, this enables free flow of material thereby increase the productivity and quality of the output product. All Kleemann machines are electronically operated by wire mounted remote, with automated settings it can be put into operation by just a press of a button. Invariably all the Kleemann machines are equipped with Wirtgen group telematics and On-site solution (WITOS) which helps customers in targeted monitoring of the machines in their day to day operation to supporting maintenance and diagnostics processes.
