What trends do you see emerging in the jaw crusher market, and how is your company adapting to these trends?

Track Mounted Jaw crusher operated with hybrid dual power is the latest trend. Customers are looking for cost-effective and eco-friendly products. We are looking to incorporate higher levels of automation technologies in the primary crusher segment. Field level automation is an example. Also, we are looking forward to implementing plant level automation based on the IOT platform.

Our R & D team is working round the clock to ensure that the customers’ expectations are met. The feedback of the customers are taken seriously and our machines are upgraded accordingly. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we have mastered the art of crushing and screening stones. Team Hailstone understands that our role does not end with just selling the product to the customers. We have an efficient customer support team which ensures that service requests are attended to immediately. We have placed our after-sales service team at strategic locations and stored the parts at our warehouse across India to ensure reduced downtime to our customers. Our customer service team is trained at regular intervals for upskilling.

We are using grease lubrication system that helps to protect the environment by avoiding the disposal of used oil. Optimized steel usage in machine design and minimizing liner wear/ton of productivity helps reduce the carbon foot print of the equipment. Optimal flywheel design helps to lower fluctuation on a motor there by ensuring optimal power utilization.
