Branding is an essential promotional tool. How do you channelize this tool effectively?

Brand positions as a premium and quality product trouble-free and offers value for money. Our brand position we would modestly rate in the top, maybe 1 or 2 positions. We believe in promoting our quality than just pushing products in market. We focus on effective marketing at fewer experience ways both combined – tradition and novel social media methods.

Tell us about the different branding strategies used to create a strong customer connect?

Being a global organization, we have a strong marketing mix designed by keeping all our subsidiaries in mind. All marketing strategies whether traditional or digital are effective in their unique way. Marketing has evolved rapidly during the last one year, especially after the pandemic. The pandemic has accelerated many processes. We are dealing with topics today that have not been relevant some time back. These include online seminars, online meetings, digital trade fairs, social media and many more. We focus on becoming better and developing innovative drive solutions for more than 100 branches of industry. We are always listening to our customers’ needs and wants and transform them into sustainable products and concepts. With around 48 companies in 36 countries worldwide, we are close to our customer. For more than 55 years, we have been meeting highest quality standards with our expertise, experience and high-depth of production. All quality-determining components are produced in our own factories and we are currently operating eight production locations with cutting-edge technology. We are developing the future of drive technology worldwide.

Logo / tagline is an extremely critical element for brand recall. Tell us about the factors that contribute towards the same.

It is the first thing that catches the eye of the customer / reader and as it has fit the adage, “The first impression is the last impression”. It means that it is important to have a good first impression so that the customers can identify the brand by looking at the logo design or the color combinations used. Our logo itself indicates we operate into gear or power transmission Industry and drive electronics Industry.

How does effective branding aid to garner trust among various end-user segments?

Our ‘Brand’ is the source of promise to our consumer. Our strategic marketing plan serves as a guide to understanding the purpose of our key business objectives and enables us to align the plan with those objectives. Branding doesn’t just count during the time before the purchase—the brand experience has to last to create customer loyalty. And this enables us to stand confidently in the market and serve almost more than 100 industries including food and beverages, steel, cement, material handling, chem/pharma, intralogistics, textile etc.
