How does your company define and measure the efficiency of your road construction equipment?

We focus on providing the best solution to our customers by examining the need of the project. From the compaction point of view, we look at the material to be compacted, layer thickness and speed with which the machine should be operated for the optimum results. Our endeavor is to ensure the highest quality is achieved with cost efficiency. Dynapac offers paver models SD2500C, SD2500CS & SD2550CS pavers with new features and packages are to support efficient operation, increase operator’s comfort and create a safer working environment for the operator.

We are excited to introduce our latest innovation, the 7.5m paver, specifically engineered to deliver a superior paving experience on Cement Treated Sub Base (CTSB) and Wet Mix Macadam (WMM). One of its standout features is the exceptional basic screed, equipped with a hydraulic extendable feature upto 6m. With this hydraulic extension capability, the screed can be infinitely adjusted to reach a maximum length of 6m. This remarkable attribute sets our machine apart from others in the same category, significantly reducing the time required for assembling screed extensions up to 6m.

What specific features or design elements of your equipment contributes to its overall efficiency?

In compactors we have optimized eccentricity for better fuel efficiency & economy. Dynapac is the first manufacturer to offer the first optimized design of eccentric system for rollers. This design is optimized for maximum performance, low fuel consumption and minimum environmental impact. Almost 11 kW less power is required to initiate the vibratory action, reducing energy consumption at start-up by 50% and thus using less fuel. Dynapac equipment are equipped with high degree of intelligent compaction system.

Parallelly, we provide compaction meter which reduces the inspection period of checking density, eliminates the chances of double bouncing and over compaction. Compaction Meter can also be used as initial proof if the compacted area is homogeneous and there is no organic material in the lower layers. Dynapac compactors also comes with best in class static linear load. Higher static linear load plays a significant role in achieving desired density and stiffness earlier with low number of passes. Hence providing an advantage of saving time and fuel.

In Dynapac Pavers we have stable Screeds are the best in class & the most reliable due to its 4-tube principle design. Our screeds are easy to assemble while they do not need any supporting rods, even at large working widths. The paver is controlled by our intelligent control system Pave Manager 2.0 which features integrated Canbus control for the tractor as well as the screed. This offers the operator with all information at his fingertip for a great paving result.

Our pavers can be offered with a variety of leveling systems that include stringline as well as ultrasonic sensors. We also offer the (BIG SONIC SKI) leveling system for excellent results with 3 sonic sensors on either side which can be offered as per project requirement.
