How do you look at the bauma CONEXPO INDIA this year compared to the earlier versions?

bauma this year has been very encouraging. From day one, the footfall was significant since morning hours. Many customers came with specific agendas and were keen to discuss business right away. The second day was particularly hectic, with our team fully occupied throughout. The third day started slower but gained momentum by the afternoon. Overall, the event has been well-organized and has shown noticeable improvements compared to previous versions.

What are your products on display?

We have exhibited all four models of our Self-Loading Mixers (SLM), which are entirely manufactured in India. Each model represents our commitment to providing advanced and reliable solutions for the construction industry.

What are the unique features of these products?

These self-loading mixers are designed to provide complete solutions beyond just convenience. These machines can potentially replace batching plants by delivering concrete with quality comparable to that produced in a batching plant.

The emphasis is on consistency and productivity. Our mixers ensure high-quality output that meets rigorous standards and can pass concrete lab tests with ease. These characteristics set our machines apart from others in the market.

India is a very price-sensitive market. How are you balancing between cost and quality?

India is indeed price-sensitive, but customers look for value for money rather than cheap products. Our strategy focuses on demonstrating the value proposition of our machines. By investing slightly more, customers can achieve significantly higher returns.

This approach has been validated by repeat customers who initially hesitated but later recognized the machines’ productivity, fuel efficiency, and quality consistency. Their positive experiences have resulted in additional purchases and increased trust in our products.

What would be your suggestion to the government for policy changes in the construction equipment industry?

The government should
place greater emphasis on the quality aspect of machines entering the construction industry. While standards are applied to concrete batching plants, the same scrutiny should extend to all machines producing concrete. Organized manufacturers should validate their machines to ensure they meet quality standards. This approach would enhance the overall quality of construction and ensure consistent output across all equipment types.

Which market segments are you focusing on?

Our product is versatile and can be used in various segments, including building houses, roads, and bridges. We aim to serve all sectors requiring high-quality concrete production without limiting ourselves to specific applications.

How do you meet high-volume requirements?

Our machines are designed for small to medium-scale projects, producing up to 120 cubic meters of concrete per day. For higher-volume requirements, multiple machines can be deployed on a single job site.
