Herne/Memmingen: At this year’s bauma, SCHWING-Stetter will be showing a total of 3 new truck-mounted concrete pumps, two new truck mixer concrete pumps, two new truck mixers, solutions from the field of e-mobility and the digital construction site 4.0 in the outdoor area covering more than 2500 m2.

Truck-mounted concrete pump S 56 SXF

With the new S 56 SXF model, the truck-mounted concrete pump manufacturer from Herne is uncompromisingly pursuing its tried-and-tested philosophy on the market: extended reach heights with simultaneous weight reduction. The new S 56 SXF features a 5-part placing boom with an intuitive folding system. The concept offers far-reaching possibilities in the choice of chassis and motorisation; effort and costs are thus reduced.

VECTOR II control system presented for the first time

At bauma 2022, SCHWING-Stetter will present the new VECTOR II control system for the first time. This provides truck-mounted concrete pump operators with a significantly improved and more intuitive control system.

The possibility to call up machine data, operating states and selected settings of the truck-mounted concrete pump and to change various parameters has now been supplemented by a colour display of the EASy support variants and swivel ranges, a more descriptive display of machine data such as oil temperature and drive speed and pressure at the concrete pump are accompanied by a context-sensitive help system.

DynaRig – the new support system

SCHWING has completely redeveloped its new dynamic support system, which will henceforth be known as DynaRig. The new system now offers the operator significantly more flexibility, as the position of the outrigger set-up is automatically detected and visualised on the monitor. Within the system limits, the possible working range and the achievable net reach are now immediately visually readable depending on the selected setup.

Lightest Stetter truck mixer on the market

With the UltraEco II, the company presents a particularly light truck mixer in the 9 m³ class. Thanks to consistent lightweight construction, the body has become 300 kg lighter and thus weighs less than 3 tonnes – with improved stability.

SCHWING-Stetter is the first truck mixer manufacturer ever to use Hardox 500 TUF for the drum shell and mixing spirals, which ensures extremely high wear resistance. A special manufacturing process makes it possible to produce the drum in this material quality.

Truck mixer concrete pumps FBP 25/28

With their new 4-part mast, a nominal volume of 7 m³ and a delivery rate of up to 61 m³/h, as well as a useful volume of 4 m³ with a permissible total weight of 32 tonnes, the two truck mixer concrete pumps set new standards!

Both machines offer low unfolding heights with a greater reach height, more flexibility on narrow construction sites, with low storey heights and narrow building openings. The optimised arrangement of the hydraulics now offers more space on the passenger side for carrying hoses or accessories. The FBP is controlled by the new VECTOR II.  Modern and intuitive user control via the optimised control panel in the driver’s cab rounds off the package.

S 36 X RaZor – 5-bend/RZ folding

With the S 36 SX RaZor and its five-section boom with the flexible RZ-folding, the new truck-mounted concrete pump impresses with its particularly low unfolding height of less than 6.77 m. The machine also benefits from its low height. The machine also benefits from its low space requirement due to the rear H-support and, thanks to a wheelbase of only 4.20 m, it is highly manoeuvrable. Thanks to consistently modern lightweight construction, the S 36 XZ also remains a lightweight. With a DN125 pipe, proven standard pipe bends and a split 3.5 m end hose, it is the ideal and energy-saving solution even in confined spaces.

S 51 SX

The S 51 SX, on the other hand, is characterised by a significantly reduced weight combined with the usual stability and durability. Mounted on a 10×4 EURO 6 vehicle, it has a typical operating weight of less than 40 t with sufficient reserve for additional equipment and payloads.

Eco-Power-Unit-auf-S-65-SXF-II

Operation and registration of the machine are significantly simplified, and fuel consumption is reduced. The combined Roll-Z-Folding with 235° and 230° rotation angles in the last two mast elements offers maximum manoeuvrability for any construction site. The exhibition vehicle will include all options currently offered by SCHWING, such as SCHWING Telematics, so that functions can be tried out.

AM9/8 FED UltraEco – Fully electric truck mixer body

With the AM 9 FED-UE (Full Electric Drive) truck mixer body based on the Ultra Eco II and benefiting from its weight advantage, SCHWING-Stetter now presents a fully electric body for the first time. Thanks to its interface, which can be adapted to suit all manufacturers, the AM 9 FED-UE is perfectly prepared for mounting on fully electrically driven chassis. Thanks to the directly electrically driven drum and the replacement of previously hydraulic or compressed air-driven auxiliary consumers by electric components, a low consumption of approx. 70kWh per working day is achieved. The swivelling chute, drum closure flap and swivelling filler funnel are operated electrically via actuators. An electrically driven pump is available for the water supply.

Eco Power System – Zero Emission

With the Eco Power System, the hybrid retrofit solution with external auxiliary unit, SCHWING introduces for the first time the possibility to electrically upgrade conventionally truck-mounted concrete pumps equipped with combustion engines.

The low-cost hybrid solution, which can be implemented with little effort, can be used flexibly, has a high output with low space requirements and avoids additional weight for the concrete pump.

All SCHWING truck-mounted concrete pumps on the market from the last 15 years can also be easily and cost-effectively retrofitted electrically in this way.

TP 100 TC

Mobile power pack with dual-circuit system and ShotCrete option. The compact TP 100 trailer pump is the mobile power pack for construction sites where screed, mortar, fine concrete or concrete with a grain size of up to 32 mm is pumped economically and reliably.  New is the TP 100 TC (Twin Circuit), whose dual-circuit hydraulics enable fast switching of the ROCK slide valve and thus only small pressure surges/pumping strokes. Pump pauses are reduced and the continuous flow that is important for shotcrete is made possible. In addition to more ground clearance and a new 45 kW engine, SCHWING now also offers the ShotCrete option: a shotcrete system in which the pump for the setting accelerator additive is fully synchronised with the skirt valve and guarantees a particularly homogeneous shotcrete mix.

Mixing plant with MC 500 – the process chain in view

The mobile mixing plant M 3.0 from Stetter was consistently designed for quick feasibility, easy transport and high operating efficiency. With the modules pre-assembled ex works, the plug-and-play cabling and other numerous detailed solutions, the M 3.0 reaches operational readiness within three days. Thanks to the large support surfaces and the integrated mobile foundations, the maximum surface pressure of the mixing plant, the binder silos and the row doser is pleasingly low at 250 kN/m². This facilitates the choice of location and reduces the effort required for subsoil preparation. Construction sites with high and short-term concrete requirements can be supplied with up to 135 m³ of fresh concrete per hour thanks to the powerful DW 3.0 B twin-shaft mixer from Stetter.

SCHWING-Stetter Telematics

SCHWING-Stetter will be presenting two telematics solutions for the first time at the trade fair: an entry-level version that allows the position of the construction machine and data from the superstructure to be viewed. In addition, there is an enterprise version for particularly extensive requirements, with which the digital documentation of the complete process chain from concrete production, transport in the truck mixer with passive RFID tag to the construction site and delivery by means of a truck-mounted concrete pump, which is also digitally connected, and its digital delivery note can be tracked. The Enterprise version also provides information on the chassis used – even cross-manufacturer use in mixed fleets can be implemented on request.
